I'm not sure what your trying to show in your screenshot but you should also test it on a skin that has both WB6 and Vista ready badges..

Vienna for Vista has not been updated for WB5 or Vista full compliance.. hence the lack of badges on the submission page. It was made very early on and has very few Vistta\WB6 features.

what ARE you trying to show anyway?  Please be more specific via use of arrows in your screenshot.
